The supporters of Chivas USA booed when Crystal Falls AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Levon Movsesyan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Crystal Falls AFC's Vernon Pena got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Crystal Falls AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hunter Crews to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute of the match Juan Charro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matias Javier skillfully saved the ball. In the 25thth minute of the game Teo Leguizamón who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crystal Falls AFC's Matias Javier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rufus Harrell in the 28th minute of play forced Chivas USA's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Arısal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dursun Ali Arısal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hunter Crews in the 71st minute of play. Crystal Falls AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rufus Harrell in the 72nd minute. Matias Javier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Skwira in the 74th minute. If Graig Knight had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro De Gracia in the 82nd minute of play forced Crystal Falls AFC's goalkeeper Matias Javier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Crystal Falls AFC's Matias Javier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graig Knight in the 84th minute of play. The Crystal Falls AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chivas USA's performance. The match ended with a win for Chivas USA.
