Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Scott Blue started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Scott Blue's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicholas Dozier was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After 6 minutes of play, Minnesota United's Scott Blue made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicholas Dozier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicholas Dozier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Phillip Dobbins in the 12th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes Archers of Kalimdor got a freekick which was hit by Cristopher Sweeney. In the 17th minute, Archers of Kalimdor's Rafael Fish seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rafael Fish the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Archers of Kalimdor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rafael Fish had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Archers of Kalimdor! 25 minutes into the game, Minnesota United's Danial Vega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicholas Dozier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 29th match minute, Minnesota United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walton Blount to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes Archers of Kalimdor got a freekick which was hit by Shawn Greer. Nicholas Dozier came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Minnesota United's Scott Blue. But to his dismay, Scott Blue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Nicholas Dozier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Scott Blue's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Phillip Dobbins during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Minnesota United getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Phillip Dobbins hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Archers of Kalimdor's Christian Miner tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After the first half Minnesota United were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joshua Woodard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Danial Vega in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicholas Dozier, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Danial Vega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Nicholas Dozier managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Minnesota United's Jose Irizarry fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Danial Vega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minnesota United's supporters rose to their feet, but Danial Vega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicholas Dozier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Danial Vega got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 77th minute, Rodger Alvarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Archers of Kalimdor's Cristopher Sweeney got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Danial Vega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Joshua Woodard came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Archers of Kalimdor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joshua Woodard couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Minnesota United's Dane Quinones got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 89th match minute, Minnesota United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodger Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. If Danial Vega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
