Emery Couch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Whalen in the 20th minute of play. Van Poole fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without DeMarcus Peoples having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Timmy Cronshagen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Whitney Wong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Emery Couch made a huge save. Timmy Cronshagen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without DeMarcus Peoples having to interfere. If Sonny Whalen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emery Couch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Whitney Wong in the 40th minute of play. After 42 minutes Girth FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Harvey Burkhart who took care of the corner kick. Harvey Burkhart made a great header on GKS Łapsze Niżne's corner, it was just that Girth FC's Emery Couch managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 45th match minute, GKS Łapsze Niżne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harvey Burkhart to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Neil Landis might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over DeMarcus Peoples. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Neil Landis ran back to his position shaking his head. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
