Humberto Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonso Snider, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. San Antonio HotSPURS were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after empanadas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Artemio Norino took the corner. Leroy Vega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Baptista having to interfere. empanadas's Octavio Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonio Corley struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Humberto Baptista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Antonio HotSPURS. After a rather tough play, San Antonio HotSPURS's Weldon Gibbs got a free kick in the 36th minute. With a little luck, San Antonio HotSPURS's Cesar Donio got control of the ball when Sven Fundby tried to sneak it across the goal line. The San Antonio HotSPURS fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when San Antonio HotSPURS's Alonso Snider looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonso Snider in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto Baptista saved empanadas from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Octavio Garcia made a kick off. If Antonio Corley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. After 63 minutes of play, San Antonio HotSPURS's Antonio Corley made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, empanadas's Scot Blue got a free kick in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Alonso Snider recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Humberto Baptista. Alonso Snider showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 75th match minute, empanadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Scot Blue to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alonso Snider got free with Humberto Baptista in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, empanadas's Rhett Vazquez got a free kick in the 83rd minute. San Antonio HotSPURS's Artemio Norino shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Humberto Baptista but with some difficulty. San Antonio HotSPURS made a substitution. Micah Alston replaced Antonio Corley. The nice shot from Alonso Snider in the 91stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Humberto Baptista had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Humberto Baptista made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Alonso Snider sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute San Antonio HotSPURS were awarded a corner. Artemio Norino went to the cornerflag to take it. The empanadas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. San Antonio HotSPURS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
