In the 21st minute Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jospeh McNally saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Racing Miami Futbol Club made a substitution. Xu Yuan Lin replaced Larry Cermak. The wind increased when Rodney Hagen made the kick off in the second half. Jospeh McNally made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodney Hagen in the 53rd minute. Rodney Hagen came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jospeh McNally could save by the left post. Chance Adams might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jospeh McNally. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chance Adams ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chance Adams in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jospeh McNally saved Brooklyn SC from getting behind. Jospeh McNally showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trey Echols, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Chance Adams scored 0-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jospeh McNally, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rickey Ewing hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 99th minute, Chance Adams ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jospeh McNally was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4.
