The corner ended in Elijah Lambert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Racing Miami Futbol Club's Guilherme Veiga did a great save. In the 14th minute, Gao Kun Ling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guilherme Veiga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Rodrigo Bearden got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gao Kun Ling in the 26th minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Guilherme Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Guilherme Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nacho Hernández in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Alexis Hoover hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Dep. Moron booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Bearden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gao Kun Ling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Guilherme Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gao Kun Ling to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Dep. Moron booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trey Echols didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dep. Moron's Josepe Zabalo was substituted for Gao Kun Ling. After 57 played minutes Racing Miami Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Trey Echols. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Chance Adams was substituted for Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson. In the 69th match minute, Racing Miami Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ty Boyce to maneuver through the defense. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Guilherme Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Racing Miami Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes into the game, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Rodrigo Bearden nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mihkel Aksalu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. A collision led to Dep. Moron getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Bob Hart hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Larry Cermak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Miami Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Larry Cermak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihkel Aksalu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Bob Hart got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
