American Airlines's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Darnell Metcalf in the 18th minute. Darnell Metcalf made a great header on American Airlines's corner, it was just that CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI's Alonso Larsen managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 29th minute, Anoush Khalatbari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alonso Larsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Alonso Larsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darnell Metcalf in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of American Airlines booed when CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Castillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute Anoush Khalatbari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonso Larsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arvin Hökkvist guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Alonso Larsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anoush Khalatbari, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI reached it. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
