The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anantanand Sealy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bas Mathur having to interfere. After having played for 9 minutes, Edgar Gopee-Scoon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Delaford Falcons's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Gopee-Scoon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Permanand Abraham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles Denoon kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st match minute, Hardbargin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boscoe Ramadhin to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Anantanand Sealy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Delaford Falcons's goal looked a bit too open when Sugar Dorman came free, but Bas Mathur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Hardbargin booed when Delaford Falcons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricky Hunte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sugar Dorman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Bas Mathur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hardbargin's Darren Devika Sharma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Gopee-Scoon in the 32nd minute of play. Anantanand Sealy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sugar Dorman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Bas Mathur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Gopee-Scoon struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Darren Devika Sharma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delaford Falcons. Rawle Beetham kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Permanand Abraham made the kick off in the second half. If Roodal Lucky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sugar Dorman struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Bas Mathur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hardbargin. 58 minutes into the match, Delaford Falcons's goal looked a bit too open when Anantanand Sealy came free, but Bas Mathur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sugar Dorman came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Hardbargin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sugar Dorman couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sugar Dorman in the 66th minute of play forced Delaford Falcons's goalkeeper Bas Mathur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the game, one of Delaford Falcons:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 70 minutes, Hardbargin's Rudolph Howe got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bas Mathur. When Sugar Dorman came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Hardbargin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sugar Dorman couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Gopee-Scoon in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Darren Devika Sharma saved Hardbargin from getting behind. Anantanand Sealy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anantanand Sealys short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Bas Mathur to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Delaford Falcons's Bas Mathur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sugar Dorman in the 93rd minute of play. In the 97th minute, Anantanand Sealy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bas Mathur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Hardbargin played a much better game than Delaford Falcons and deserved their victory. The Delaford Falcons players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
