In the 7th minute, Tishan MacDonald ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Scott Johnson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Rougier in the 10th minute of play forced Longdenville Falcons's goalkeeper Scott Johnson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfred Ramsahai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Mahabir having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Longdenville Falcons got a freekick which was hit by Nyron Baldeosingh. Alfred Ramsahai might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Mahabir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfred Ramsahai ran back to his position shaking his head. 19 minutes into the match, Mohammedville Falcons's goal looked a bit too open when Devant Uriah Butler came free, but Carlos Mahabir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alfred Ramsahai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philip Hochoy's late challenge caught a Longdenville Falcons's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Philip Hochoy helped the player get up and apologised. Philip Hochoy hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Devant Uriah Butler in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Mahabir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th match minute, Mohammedville Falcons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Kernahan to maneuver through the defense. Tishan MacDonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Scott Johnson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Longdenville Falcons's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Rougier came free, but Scott Johnson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Devant Uriah Butler to strike the kick off in the second half. Alfred Ramsahai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Carlos Mahabir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience held their breath when Solomon Barath in the 60th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Scott Johnson's left hand side. Alfred Ramsahai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Mahabir having to interfere. Nyron Constantine was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 71st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 77th minute of the match Arthur Glenn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Mahabir showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tishan MacDonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anthony Rougier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Scott Johnson having to make a save. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Longdenville Falcons! In the 86th minute, Philip Hochoy made a precise shot to the right of Scott Johnson. Longdenville Falcons's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Mohammedville Falcons's Anthony Rougier got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Rougier in the 95th minute of play forced Longdenville Falcons's goalkeeper Scott Johnson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Longdenville Falcons's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
