With a little luck, Orange Valley Fire's Basdeo Mohammed got control of the ball when Patrice McBurnie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerald Solomon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lewis Baldeosingh in the 30th minute of the match. Glenroy Kenny charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After having played for 87 minutes, Lewis Baldeosingh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orange Valley Fire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lewis Baldeosingh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Gerald Solomon managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Orange Valley Fire's Lewis Baldeosingh fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gerald Solomon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephen Thompson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
