Mikela Jeffers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaskynd Zamora in the 13th minute of the match. Rodney Ayoung-Chee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steve Elcock, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Samuel Shah charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Shah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Longdenville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Shah to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaskynd Zamora in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mikela Jeffers saved Longdenville from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Harris in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodney Ayoung-Chee prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Steve Elcock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Maraval Is Love's Denesh Peru got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 0-1 became the score in the 43rd minute when Steve Elcock elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rodney Ayoung-Chee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Harris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Gaskynd Zamora made the kick off in the second half. Steve Elcock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Rodney Ayoung-Chee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Steve Elcock came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Longdenville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steve Elcock couldn't finish the play. In the 54th match minute, Longdenville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lewis Castagne to maneuver through the defense. Mikela Jeffers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Tiwari in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Longdenville's Simbhoonath Eve sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodney Ayoung-Chee narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Maraval Is Love booed when Longdenville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lewis Castagne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikela Jeffers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maraval Is Love. When Neeshan Body fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Longdenville's protests and gave Neeshan Body a yellow card for diving instead. Neeshan Body kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Mikela Jeffers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaskynd Zamora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Longdenville's supporters rose to their feet, but Simbhoonath Eve was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodney Ayoung-Chee breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Longdenville had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
