David Jones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Mortimer Ayoung-Chee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mortimer Ayoung-Chee stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lancelot Gonsalves's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the Trou Macaque defense, David Jones kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mortimer Ayoung-Chee. The Trou Macaque fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mortimer Ayoung-Chee should have stopped the shot. David Joness short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Mortimer Ayoung-Chee to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mortimer Ayoung-Chee stood somewhat misplaced when David Jones came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 28 minute. With his leg Mortimer Ayoung-Chee managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Endeavour Stars's Edward Greenidge fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 34 minutes into the game, David Jones cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mortimer Ayoung-Chee was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Jones got free with Mortimer Ayoung-Chee in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Trou Macaque's Mortimer Ayoung-Chee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Jones in the 39th minute of play. Lancelot Gonsalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Mortimer Ayoung-Chee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trou Macaque's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Edward Greenidge scored to the left of an out of position Mortimer Ayoung-Chee, making the score, 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mervyn Gay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes Trou Macaque's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Greenidge who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Jones in the 61st minute of play forced Trou Macaque's goalkeeper Mortimer Ayoung-Chee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Trou Macaque's goal looked a bit too open when David Jones came free, but Mortimer Ayoung-Chee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Lancelot Gonsalves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Mortimer Ayoung-Chee was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Darren Edwards's late challenge caught a Trou Macaque's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darren Edwards helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes Endeavour Stars got a freekick which was hit by Darren Edwards. After 77 played minutes, Trou Macaque's Nyron Rambachan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marlon La Forest came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trou Macaque reached it. Wes String Band's late challenge caught a Endeavour Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wes String Band helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Wes String Band hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 minutes, David Jones made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Trou Macaque's Mortimer Ayoung-Chee tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mortimer Ayoung-Chee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Jones in the 90th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Trou Macaque's goal looked a bit too open when David Jones came free, but Mortimer Ayoung-Chee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Endeavour Stars fully deserved thier win.
