Spectators: 9400 (Terracing: 7050, Seating: 2162, VIP seats: 188) Chaguanas AC's Emirares Bastos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Emirares Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cian Daoust saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Syne Village's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paula Toure was slow to take the kick. During this time Chaguanas AC's players had a chance to rest. Noor Le Hunte tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Cian Daoust. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 6th minute. With a little luck, Chaguanas AC's Edmundo William Rampersad got control of the ball when Reyad Jorsling tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Chaguanas AC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Paula Toure hit a great ball. Bird Cipriani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmundo William Rampersad having to interfere. Reyad Jorsling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmundo William Rampersad having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Chaguanas AC's goalkeeper Edmundo William Rampersad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bird Cipriani. 23 minutes into the match, Chaguanas AC's goal looked a bit too open when Reyad Jorsling came free, but Edmundo William Rampersad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reyad Jorsling's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmundo William Rampersad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. When Chaguanas AC's Emirares Bastos in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Syne Village's Reyad Jorsling got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Reyad Jorsling made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reyad Jorsling in the 55th minute of play forced Chaguanas AC's goalkeeper Edmundo William Rampersad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Bird Cipriani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Syne Village's zone, Paula Toure stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cian Daoust came out of the goal and Paula Toure tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reyad Jorsling in the 61st minute of play forced Chaguanas AC's goalkeeper Edmundo William Rampersad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Chaguanas AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jason Bishop to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Hubert Tiger made a precise shot to the right of Edmundo William Rampersad. Chaguanas AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 68th minute, Christopher Hyland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmundo William Rampersad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reyad Jorsling in the 74th minute of the match. Chaguanas AC's Edmundo William Rampersad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reyad Jorsling in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Teddy Hudson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Syne Village's Christopher Hyland quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Syne Village's Reyad Jorsling in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The tension between the Chaguanas AC and the Syne Village players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Syne Village's Noor Le Hunte tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Christopher Hyland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bird Cipriani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmundo William Rampersad having to interfere. Reyad Jorsling scored 3-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmundo William Rampersad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Syne Village had played much better football throughout.
