Spectators: 7600 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) Delon Assoon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dominic Connell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Tiger having to interfere. Bas Zamora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominic Connell got free with Jonathan Tiger in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the game, Anton Baksh cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ralph Charles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, Under 21 Club's Cornelius Latapy seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cornelius Latapy the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Under 21 Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cornelius Latapy had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Carapichaima. Nyron Stalin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ralph Charles. 1-2. Ralph Charles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Baksh, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Bas Zamora struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Jonathan Tiger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Under 21 Club. In the 41st minute, Kern Baptiste got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bas Zamora made a kick off. Jonathan Tiger came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Under 21 Club's Bas Zamora. But to his dismay, Bas Zamora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Bas Zamora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kern Baptiste struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Jonathan Tiger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Under 21 Club. After 66 minutes, Bas Zamora made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Carapichaima's Jonathan Tiger tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Under 21 Club's Raffique Hennessy was substituted for Brother St Clair. Beryl Rodriguez hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Carapichaima's Nyron Stalin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 77th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ralph Charles but with some difficulty. Bas Zamora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raffique Hennessy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Tiger having to make a save. Bas Zamora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jonathan Tiger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Basdeo Barriteau fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carapichaima's protests and gave Basdeo Barriteau a yellow card for diving instead. Basdeo Barriteau hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 90th match minute, Under 21 Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beryl Rodriguez to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Makandal Mendes during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ralph Charles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delon Assoon, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Under 21 Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
