Vistruario Ureña charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vistruario Ureña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vistruario Ureña hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osasun Urroz to strike the kick off in the second half. Aurre Traspuesto scored 3-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Senen Larramendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Arecutacue. 88 minutes into the match, Rosario FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osasun Urroz came free, but Donostia Cobreros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurre Traspuesto got free with Senen Larramendi in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Arecutacue had won after a very even match.
