Maiorga Lusa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Senen Larramendi having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gipuzkoa Boiro to make the kick off. Senen Larramendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gipuzkoa Boiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Arecutacue's Senen Larramendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Arecutacue from getting a goal against them. Club Guarani's Frederico Dios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osasun Urroz in the 79th minute of play. Club Guarani's Maiorga Lusa got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Osasun Urroz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frederico Dios was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Frederico Dios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Roncesvalles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
