Spectators: 6778 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Delfino Alguea got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Inocente Rubiños managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arecutacua AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocente Rubiños was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiadoro Rabanera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Weather Zuniga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delfino Alguea in the 11th minute of play forced Arecutacua AFC's goalkeeper Argider Durazno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Arecutacua AFC's Inocente Rubiños slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiadoro Rabanera. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Tiadoro Rabanera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocente Rubiños in the 19th minute of the match. Tiadoro Rabanera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocente Rubiños, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tuste Casero during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, CA Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tuste Casero to maneuver through the defense. Tiadoro Rabanera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocente Rubiños in the 27th minute of play. If Inocente Rubiños had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Weather Zuniga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiadoro Rabanera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Argider Durazno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Morquera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Otsoa Alcubilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, CA Talleres's Ceferino Morquera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Argider Durazno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Inocente Rubiños made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Inocente Rubiños's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiadoro Rabanera was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Arecutacua AFC's Inocente Rubiños got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Weather Zuniga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiadoro Rabanera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inocente Rubiños went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Jesco Jalon's late challenge caught a Arecutacua AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jesco Jalon helped the player get up and apologised. 66 minutes into the game, one of CA Talleres:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Arecutacua AFC a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Xicu Serrato, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CA Talleres's Tiadoro Rabanera. 4-0. The supporters of CA Talleres booed when Arecutacua AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Leturia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Weather Zuniga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiadoro Rabanera having to interfere. The Arecutacua AFC fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Arecutacua AFC's Inocente Rubiños looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tiadoro Rabanera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Weather Zuniga in the 80th minute of play. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CA Talleres! Xicu Serrato shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Weather Zuniga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ceferino Morquera struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Argider Durazno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CA Talleres. There was no doubt that Arecutacua AFC were the better team. Arecutacua AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
