Spectators: 6793 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1793, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vigil Viñaspre got the match started through his kick off. Baiarte Cossio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphael Morillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Miro Armental showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vigil Viñaspre in the 16th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Sorpresa got a freekick which was hit by Arias Tocalanza. Lauro Rajo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miro Armental. Sorpresa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arsenio Besosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Baiarte Cossio made a huge save. Vigil Viñaspre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miro Armental read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Sorpresa were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after Uruguaya's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ederono Rosal took the corner. In the 51st minute Sorpresa were awarded a corner. Ederono Rosal went to the cornerflag to take it. Azibar Basabe was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Raphael Morillo made the kick off in the second half. If Arsenio Besosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Sorpresa getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Arias Tocalanza hit a great ball. If Arsenio Besosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quinto Chumacero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miro Armental having to interfere. If Raphael Morillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Raphael Morillo struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Baiarte Cossio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorpresa. Uruguaya's Baiarte Cossio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Besosa in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Raphael Morillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baiarte Cossio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 played minutes, Sorpresa's Ederono Rosal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baiarte Cossio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sorpresa reached it. Arsenio Besosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bladi Bujanda kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Arsenio Besosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Baiarte Cossio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 102nd minute of the match Ederono Rosal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baiarte Cossio skillfully saved the ball. Sorpresa were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Uruguaya to leave the ground with a draw.
