Spectators: 6790 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vermudo Amondo started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Tacuara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vermudo Amondo came free, but Dominix Pena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tacuara FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Heitor Azailla hit a great ball. In the 7th minute of the match Belo Irala sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominix Pena skillfully saved the ball. In the 9th minute, Xinaro Pellicer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xinaro Pellicer might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dominix Pena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xinaro Pellicer ran back to his position shaking his head. Dominix Pena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vermudo Amondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Tacuara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vermudo Amondo came free, but Dominix Pena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tacuara FC's Dominix Pena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xinaro Pellicer in the 21st minute of play. If Vermudo Amondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dominix Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vermudo Amondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match Guilllermo Pineda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominix Pena skillfully saved the ball. In the 38th match minute, Tacuara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frutos Callergos to maneuver through the defense. Vermudo Amondo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dominix Pena having to make a save. After some careless play in the Tacuara FC defense, Xinaro Pellicer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dominix Pena. The Tacuara FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dominix Pena should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Tacuara FC's zone, Xinaro Pellicer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dominix Pena came out of the goal and Xinaro Pellicer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Xinaro Pellicer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodoro Larena was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Lourdes's zone, Mariano Jetino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristofor Tehas came out of the goal and Mariano Jetino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xinaro Pellicer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Xinaro Pellicer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xinaro Pellicer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Dominix Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vermudo Amondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vermudo Amondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominix Pena having to interfere. Dominix Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vermudo Amondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. When Xinaro Pellicer came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Lourdes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xinaro Pellicer couldn't finish the play. Vermudo Amondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
