The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Montay Carrero during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Quintana FC's Montay Carrero got a free kick in the 5th minute. Quintana FC's Stanislao Ochoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guib Raigada in the 7th minute of play. Audivert FC's Guib Raigada got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 18 played minutes, Quintana FC's Montay Carrero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oro Crespo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quintana FC reached it. Eladio Ureta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Oro Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Orti Vierna came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Quintana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orti Vierna couldn't finish the play. Eladio Ureta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Oro Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orti Vierna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oro Crespo having to make a save. Gaufred Poladura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Stanislao Ochoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Guib Raigada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Anguiano hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Stanislao Ochoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guib Raigada, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Gaufred Poladura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesus Anguiano charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Anguiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Audivert FC booed when Quintana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Anguiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaufred Poladura might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stanislao Ochoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaufred Poladura ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Gaufred Poladura made the kick off in the second half. If Eladio Ureta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 played minutes Quintana FC got a freekick which was hit by Onofre Irisarri. After 64 played minutes Quintana FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Provencio. If Orti Vierna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Orti Vierna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Oro Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orti Vierna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oro Crespo having to interfere. Eladio Ureta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Oro Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Guib Raigada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Audivert FC's zone, Eladio Ureta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oro Crespo came out of the goal and Eladio Ureta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quintana FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
