Tiadoro Farran started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Silvio Bueras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tabb Villaescusa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urtsua Arizabal kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Joaquim Zumaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tirso Fuenmayor charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tirso Fuenmayor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes Aguaity got a freekick which was hit by Tirso Fuenmayor. Lazcano Pinos hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Tirso Fuenmayor notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Estrella's Tabb Villaescusa. Tabb Villaescusa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Horado Najar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lazcano Pinos hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Aguaity's Dunixi Pro got a free kick in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Estrella's Tabb Villaescusa got control of the ball when Horado Najar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tabb Villaescusa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Bueras in the 40th minute of the match. If Urtsua Arizabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvio Bueras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Joaquim Zumaya got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roberto Modet was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aguaity's Roberto Modet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiadoro Farran in the 59th minute of play. Joaquim Zumaya who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Roberto Modet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Joaquim Zumayas short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Roberto Modet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 73rdth minute of the game Horado Najar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estrella's Tabb Villaescusa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute Tiadoro Farran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Modet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tirso Fuenmayor kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Estrella's Tiadoro Farran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roberto Modet. That made the score 2-1 after 79 minutes of play. Tiadoro Farran struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Roberto Modet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estrella. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Bueras in the 86th minute of play forced Estrella's goalkeeper Tabb Villaescusa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tiadoro Farran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Aguaity's zone, Joaquim Zumaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Modet came out of the goal and Joaquim Zumaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Aguaity could leave the field as winners, despite Estrella having more of the ball for most of the match.
