Spectators: 6797 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1797, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ubarna Vazquez started the match with the kick off. 14 minutes into the match, Soguetos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ubarna Vazquez came free, but Meendez Madama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coratei's goalkeeper Raimundo Guillarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raimundo Guillarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordarrell Ulibarri in the 26th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Coratei got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Neyda. Ricardo Trubica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute Ricardo Trubica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Guillarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cordarrell Ulibarri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raimundo Guillarte was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Naldo Brunati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Guillarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Trubica, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a rather tough play, Soguetos FC's Rene Ahumada got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cordarrell Ulibarri to make the kick off. 62 minutes into the match, Coratei's goal looked a bit too open when Cordarrell Ulibarri came free, but Raimundo Guillarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coratei's goalkeeper Raimundo Guillarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute Cordarrell Ulibarri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Guillarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mosen Antecha kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. A collision led to Coratei getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Brais Aldeco hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes, Soguetos FC's Maraman Barbaza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Raimundo Guillarte came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Soguetos FC reached it. The supporters of Soguetos FC booed when Coratei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brais Aldeco didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ricardo Trubica came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Soguetos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Trubica couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Ubarna Vazquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coratei's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubarna Vazquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meendez Madama breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Soguetos FC's Cordarrell Ulibarri ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raimundo Guillarte. Raimundo Guillarte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Ricardo Trubica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Guillarte having to interfere. Cordarrell Ulibarri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
