Naranjito's Henric Mondrevilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Naranjito from getting a goal against them. If Lizbeth Vidaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henric Mondrevilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldomiro Aranzabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Lizbeth Vidaurre came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Naranjito fans jumped to their feet. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caetano Fuentecilla got free with Henric Mondrevilla in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henric Mondrevilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldomiro Aranzabe in the 45th minute of play. Emboscada FC's Caetano Fuentecilla got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Estefan Cueto to make the kick off. A collision led to Emboscada FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ronaldo Zuniga hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Emboscada FC's zone, Lizbeth Vidaurre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hibai Sigler came out of the goal and Lizbeth Vidaurre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lizbeth Vidaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naranjito's Henric Mondrevilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Fuentecilla in the 60th minute of play. Lizbeth Vidaurre had several of the Emboscada FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Hibai Sigler as he didn't even see the shot coming. Aldomiro Aranzabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd match minute, Naranjito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurken Villatreses to maneuver through the defense. Hibai Sigler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lizbeth Vidaurre in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Caetano Fuentecilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henric Mondrevilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Emboscada FC's goalkeeper Hibai Sigler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caetano Fuentecilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henric Mondrevilla having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Naranjito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Ozaeta to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by Naranjito's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Orain Urtarte was slow to take the kick. During this time Emboscada FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Emboscada FC's Orain Urtarte to fire away a dangerous shot which Henric Mondrevilla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Aldomiro Aranzabe notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Naranjito's Henric Mondrevilla. Henric Mondrevilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Naranjito players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Emboscada FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
