Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aldomiro Aranzabe took the kick off in the first half of the match. A hard shot 4 in the game by Celipe Dehesa from a close distance when the talented Hibai Sigler managed to make a qualified save. Emboscada FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Emboscada FC booed when Horqueta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanislao Divaichin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Aldomiro Aranzabe notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Horqueta's Chucho Iscar. Chucho Iscar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celipe Dehesa got free with Hibai Sigler in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th match minute, Emboscada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldo Zuniga to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Emboscada FC's Hibai Sigler got control of the ball when Celipe Dehesa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chucho Iscar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Fuentecilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caetano Fuentecilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldomiro Aranzabe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Chucho Iscar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, Emboscada FC's Aldomiro Aranzabe made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chucho Iscar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 35 minutes into the match, Aldomiro Aranzabe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chucho Iscar. Horqueta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aldomiro Aranzabe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Emboscada FC's zone, Ciceron Argüelles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hibai Sigler came out of the goal and Ciceron Argüelles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Caetano Fuentecilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Horqueta's Ciceron Argüelles got a free kick in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Camerino Padin was the one to do the kick off. Celipe Dehesa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Horqueta's Stanislao Divaichin got a free kick in the 58th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldo Zuniga during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Emboscada FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ronaldo Zuniga hit a great ball. Hibai Sigler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Camerino Padin went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Chucho Iscar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldomiro Aranzabe in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Celipe Dehesa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hibai Sigler was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Caetano Fuentecilla struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Chucho Iscar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Emboscada FC. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Aldomiro Aranzabe took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Chucho Iscar to make any attempt to save it. Camerino Padin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hibai Sigler having to interfere. Horqueta's Chucho Iscar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldomiro Aranzabe in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Emboscada FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
