Celestino Mazo was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Mosen Antecha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mosen Antecha really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Mosen Antecha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mosen Antecha in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celestino Mazo saved defensores del rocio from getting behind. Celestino Mazo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mosen Antecha, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Luzea Candura came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the defensores del rocio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luzea Candura couldn't finish the play. Kusko Oca's late challenge caught a Coratei's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kusko Oca helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, defensores del rocio's Kusko Oca got a free kick in the 29th minute. Mosen Antecha struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Celestino Mazo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coratei. When Mosen Antecha came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Coratei fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mosen Antecha couldn't finish the play. Ubarna Vazquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celestino Mazo having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eusko Ferrer was the one to do the kick off. When Justo Retana was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. Justo Retana kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubarna Vazquez in the 55th minute of play forced defensores del rocio's goalkeeper Celestino Mazo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 2-0 became the score in the 65th minute when Mosen Antecha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mosen Antecha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Mazo having to interfere. Celestino Mazo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mosen Antecha in the 75th minute of play. Bazil Padriña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celestino Mazo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to defensores del rocio getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Gil Vegal hit a great ball. Justino Motrico, 81 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mosen Antecha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubarna Vazquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Celestino Mazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luzea Candura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Coratei getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Bazil Padriña hit a great ball. Edgardo Cortazar charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgardo Cortazar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Luzea Candura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the Coratei players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
