After a defensive mix-up in Horqueta's zone, Cordarrell Ulibarri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chucho Iscar came out of the goal and Cordarrell Ulibarri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Horqueta's Chucho Iscar got control of the ball when Cordarrell Ulibarri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Horqueta's Celipe Dehesa got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Naldo Brunati fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soguetos FC's protests and gave Naldo Brunati a yellow card for diving instead. Naldo Brunati kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. If Camerino Padin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordarrell Ulibarri in the 33rd minute of play forced Horqueta's goalkeeper Chucho Iscar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Soguetos FC's Chucho Iscar threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cordarrell Ulibarri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ricardo Trubica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Chucho Iscar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cordarrell Ulibarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th minute of the match, Cordarrell Ulibarri tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chucho Iscar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Chucho Iscar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordarrell Ulibarri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camerino Padin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ricardo Trubica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chucho Iscar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chucho Iscar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordarrell Ulibarri in the 54th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Horqueta's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Trubica came free, but Chucho Iscar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Soguetos FC's Cordarrell Ulibarri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chucho Iscar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cordarrell Ulibarri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chucho Iscar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Xeromo Urtuuste's late challenge caught a Horqueta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xeromo Urtuuste helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Soguetos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xeromo Urtuuste to maneuver through the defense. Meendez Madama stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camerino Padin's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Horqueta's goal looked a bit too open when Cordarrell Ulibarri came free, but Chucho Iscar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Horqueta's Satordi Alsina got a free kick in the 76th minute. Cordarrell Ulibarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cordarrell Ulibarri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. If Camerino Padin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Trubica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chucho Iscar having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Maraman Barbaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camerino Padin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
