Spectators: 6782 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mosen Antecha started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Horqueta's goal looked a bit too open when Mosen Antecha came free, but Chucho Iscar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Coratei booed when Horqueta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciceron Argüelles didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Coratei's Mosen Antecha in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Horqueta's goalie prevented a goal. In the 10th match minute, Coratei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Cortazar to maneuver through the defense. Celipe Dehesa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubarna Vazquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Chucho Iscar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Guillarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camerino Padin, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 23 minutes, Brais Aldeco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coratei and the Horqueta players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Coratei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brais Aldeco to maneuver through the defense. Camerino Padin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Americo Sarabia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coratei's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Horqueta the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Coratei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Sarabia to maneuver through the defense. Celipe Dehesa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Guillarte having to interfere. The Horqueta fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Horqueta's Celipe Dehesa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ubarna Vazquez scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chucho Iscar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ubarna Vazquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chucho Iscar having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Mosen Antecha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coratei's supporters rose to their feet, but Mosen Antecha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chucho Iscar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ubarna Vazquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mosen Antecha came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Coratei fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mosen Antecha couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camerino Padin to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Horqueta's zone, Brais Aldeco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chucho Iscar came out of the goal and Brais Aldeco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chucho Iscar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubarna Vazquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Mosen Antecha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coratei's supporters rose to their feet, but Mosen Antecha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chucho Iscar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Coratei getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Bazil Padriña hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Horqueta's Celipe Dehesa got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Chucho Iscar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mosen Antecha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camerino Padin struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Raimundo Guillarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horqueta. After a defensive mix-up in Horqueta's zone, Mosen Antecha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chucho Iscar came out of the goal and Mosen Antecha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camerino Padin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Bazil Padriña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Guillarte made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Celipe Dehesa sent off a good shot on target. Horqueta's Camerino Padin got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chucho Iscar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubarna Vazquez in the 93rd minute of play. If Celipe Dehesa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
