The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Niolaao Yribarren's late challenge caught a Tranquita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niolaao Yribarren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Yhu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niolaao Yribarren to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Yhu getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Leo Poblaciàn hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Tranquita's goal looked a bit too open when Xzavaier Asteguieta came free, but Mendebal Amor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tranquita's Xefe Bajuelo got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Millrick Castrillon's late challenge caught a Tranquita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Millrick Castrillon helped the player get up and apologised. Lorencio Casanoves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Araoz Aramburu having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Niolaao Yribarren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Araoz Aramburu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 25th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Belo Macedo. After 26 played minutes Yhu got a freekick which was hit by Niolaao Yribarren. Xzavaier Asteguieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Mendebal Amor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Mencia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xefe Bajuelo got free with Araoz Aramburu in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Araoz Aramburu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorencio Casanoves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lorencio Casanoves to make the kick off. Araoz Aramburu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorencio Casanoves in the 55th minute of the match. Primitivo Maya took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mendebal Amor. Tranquita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ivan Mencia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xefe Bajuelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Araoz Aramburu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorencio Casanoves, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute Xefe Bajuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Araoz Aramburu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Niolaao Yribarren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xefe Bajuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Yhu booed when Tranquita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Carcel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mendebal Amor acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 76th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Millrick Castrillon. Xzavaier Asteguieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mendebal Amor having to interfere. Yhu's Araoz Aramburu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorencio Casanoves in the 83rd minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Lorencio Casanoves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tranquita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorencio Casanoves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Yhu booed when Tranquita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Velayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Mencia in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mendebal Amor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mendebal Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niolaao Yribarren, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Ivan Mencia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tranquita's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
