Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Uhin Escola to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Olimpiakos's Uhin Escola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eyague Valderrama. That made the score 0-4 after 95 minutes of play. A collision led to Olimpiakos getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Cai Uruñuela hit a great ball. The Montevideo AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olimpiakos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
