But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zornin Loredo couldn't finish the play. Dunixi Arteaga took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Palben Agulla. Palben Agulla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 47 minutes into the game, Dunixi Arteaga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Palben Agulla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Leopoldo Farran charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Silvino Cañada took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Palben Agulla to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Dunixi Arteaga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coccolsport's supporters rose to their feet, but Dunixi Arteaga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Palben Agulla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zornin Loredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Coccolsport's Dunixi Arteaga got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
