In the 6th match minute, Monges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ysmael Maestu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Fassardi FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Carlos Iruretagoyena hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Monges's zone, Napier Valera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Amada came out of the goal and Napier Valera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Americo Amada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Napier Valera's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Napier Valera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Americo Amada made a huge save. Pierres Euque scored 2-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Americo Amada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Napier Valera put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Americo Amada. 31 minutes into the match, Fassardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Polledo came free, but Emenon Palomar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes Fassardi FC got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Marques. After having played for 36 minutes, Macerio Eliseo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monges's supporters crossed their fingers, but Macerio Eliseo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Napier Valera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Fassardi FC's Napier Valera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Americo Amada. That made the score 4-0 after 42 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Napier Valera was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Napier Valera made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Monges's Americo Amada tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The attack was good, but when Napier Valera in the 55th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Monges's goalkeeper Americo Amada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Monges's Americo Amada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napier Valera in the 60th minute of play. Carlos Iruretagoyena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th match minute, Fassardi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Marques to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fassardi FC booed when Monges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panpili Villarinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monges's Ermegildo Polledo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 75th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Carlos Iruretagoyena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emenon Palomar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renaldo Abarca, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Napier Valera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Amada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fassardi FC fully deserved thier win.
