Esquipula Frontera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. The audience was convinced that Esquipula Frontera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anibal Laureano was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Anibal Laureano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esquipula Frontera in the 31st minute of play. Anibal Laureano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esquipula Frontera in the 33rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Esquipula Frontera sped through Misto FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anibal Laureano. In the 38th minute Esquipula Frontera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Laureano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bide Oblanca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mats Hellström having to make a save. Bitxintxo Mar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Laureano having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Misto FC's zone, Bitxintxo Mar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Laureano came out of the goal and Bitxintxo Mar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Baldovino Tejeria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Anibal Laureano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Misto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Regueiro to maneuver through the defense. Bitxintxo Mar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Laureano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FANTASMA's Rodriguez Rubian got a free kick in the 68th minute. A collision led to FANTASMA getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Norino Noriega hit a great ball. Misto FC's Jobo Melgar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FANTASMA. With a little luck, Misto FC's Anibal Laureano got control of the ball when Bitxintxo Mar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Bitxintxo Mar notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Misto FC's Anibal Laureano. Anibal Laureano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the match, Misto FC's goalkeeper Anibal Laureano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldovino Tejeria. After 89 played minutes Misto FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Regueiro. 90 minutes into the match, Misto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esquipula Frontera came free, but Anibal Laureano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bitxintxo Mar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over FANTASMA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Misto FC throughout the match.
