Spectators: 6775 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 0) An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Peyo Felix got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Union's goalkeeper Chano Ybañez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tonete Trifol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Chano Ybañez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Union's goal looked a bit too open when Cesario Martinez came free, but Chano Ybañez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inge Borines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tonete Trifol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chano Ybañez came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Cebolla's Tonete Trifol. But to his dismay, Tonete Trifol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Chano Ybañez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonete Trifol in the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cebolla's Venceslao Velarde got control of the ball when Inge Borines tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40thth minute of the game Cesario Martinez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Union's Chano Ybañez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Tonete Trifol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Union fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Cebolla a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Harriet Ovejas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Union's Chano Ybañez. 0-2. When Tonete Trifol came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Cebolla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tonete Trifol couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Cebolla's Tonete Trifol in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Union's goalie prevented a goal. If Cesario Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61stth minute of the game Tonete Trifol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Union's Chano Ybañez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Union's Chano Ybañez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonete Trifol in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Cebolla booed when Union was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panpili Barriga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Ribacoba kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Cesario Martinez struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Chano Ybañez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cebolla. In the 74th minute, Inge Borines made a precise shot to the right of Venceslao Velarde. Cebolla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Inge Borines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venceslao Velarde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inge Borines in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Cesario Martinez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 85 played minutes Union got a freekick which was hit by Peyo Felix. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Tonete Trifol got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Union's zone, Cesario Martinez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chano Ybañez came out of the goal and Cesario Martinez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cesario Martinez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Chano Ybañez made a huge save. Eugenio Zartucha kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Chano Ybañez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tonete Trifol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tonete Trifol scored 1-3 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chano Ybañez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
