Pudes Igareda might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carmelo Najera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pudes Igareda ran back to his position shaking his head. Severino Gavarnet charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severino Gavarnet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Enrico Pintor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gaztea Toral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carmelo Najera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pudes Igareda in the 14th minute of play. Florida's Carmelo Najera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pudes Igareda in the 16th minute of play. The Florida fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Florida's Enrico Pintor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Cloyo Zartucha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Florida's supporters rose to their feet, but Cloyo Zartucha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaztea Toral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Ponce Fortuño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Enrico Pintor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaztea Toral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Enekoitz Belarrinaga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmelo Najera was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 37 minutes into the game, Ponce Fortuño was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pudes Igareda made a kick off. The supporters of Florida booed when Pelada FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walme Feliph didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 54 played minutes, Florida's Faustino Zubiaga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaztea Toral came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Florida reached it. Gaztea Toral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Pintor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute Cloyo Zartucha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaztea Toral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pelada FC's zone, Severino Gavarnet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaztea Toral came out of the goal and Severino Gavarnet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Enrico Pintor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaztea Toral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico Pintor in the 71st minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Florida's Cloyo Zartucha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaztea Toral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gaztea Toral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrico Pintor, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Enrico Pintor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gaztea Toral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enekoitz Belarrinaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enekoitz Belarrinaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Najera having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Florida fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pelada FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
