When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Batista Cuba made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uxio Ingueros in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Albuerne saved Hyaty from getting behind. Ivan Altamirano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Ferrer Isasaga made a huge save. If Ivan Altamirano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Albuerne stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uxio Ingueros's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Ferrer Isasaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batista Cuba, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Hyaty's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
