Octavio Labarrita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ballivian's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Ballivian's corner Octavio Labarrita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Xamin Llanes quite easily take care of the ball. Roderigo Cosmen kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Zumar Saldoval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Xamin Llanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Philadelphia AFC booed when Ballivian was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fresco Puigdellivol didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Ballivian's Ferrer Isasaga got control of the ball when Simao Ezguerra tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zumar Saldoval to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferrer Isasaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Philadelphia AFC fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Philadelphia AFC's Lluques Bujia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Philadelphia AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballivian the free kick. Philadelphia AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lluques Bujia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferrer Isasaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lluques Bujia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferrer Isasaga having to make a save. There was no doubt that Philadelphia AFC were the better team. Philadelphia AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
