Spectators: 6806 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dante Lohitzun made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Samaclay's Hector Mexia got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After some careless play in the Samaclay defense, Dante Lohitzun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claude Gorostarzu. The Samaclay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claude Gorostarzu should have stopped the shot. Samaclay's Claude Gorostarzu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yiyo Barajo in the 9th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in JOTA FC's zone, Cesar Tornero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haritz Caniego came out of the goal and Cesar Tornero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When JOTA FC's Yiyo Barajo in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Samaclay's goalie prevented a goal. Yiyo Barajo scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claude Gorostarzu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18thth minute of the game Yiyo Barajo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samaclay's Claude Gorostarzu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute Yiyo Barajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude Gorostarzu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes, Azeari Taviel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samaclay and the JOTA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of JOTA FC booed when Samaclay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Azeari Taviel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claude Gorostarzu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yiyo Barajo went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Abilio Besosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samaclay's Claude Gorostarzu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marques Gallo in the 44th minute of play. Haritz Caniego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Tornero, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half JOTA FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesar Tornero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Yiyo Barajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Claude Gorostarzu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marques Gallo in the 56th minute of play. Yiyo Barajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute Dante Lohitzun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude Gorostarzu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claude Gorostarzu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dante Lohitzun's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Herauso Mendaña's late challenge caught a JOTA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herauso Mendaña helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes Samaclay got a freekick which was hit by Herauso Mendaña. Yiyo Barajo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Claude Gorostarzu made a huge save. Dante Lohitzun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 75th minute, JOTA FC's Dante Lohitzun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Claude Gorostarzu. Claude Gorostarzu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. With a little luck, Samaclay's Claude Gorostarzu got control of the ball when Walme Najar tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dante Lohitzun in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claude Gorostarzu saved Samaclay from getting behind. 96 minutes into the game, Dante Lohitzun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Claude Gorostarzu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded JOTA FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Samaclay.
