Gil Oca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ranolfo Vados succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Ihazintu Fresco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Blair Armenia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guarambare fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Gil Oca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ranolfo Vados, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 37thth minute of the game Blair Armenia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reducto San Lorenzo F.C.'s Gil Oca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Reducto San Lorenzo F.C.'s Gil Oca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blair Armenia in the 38th minute of play. After 40 minutes, Gonzalo Abrea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reducto San Lorenzo F.C. and the Guarambare players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Reducto San Lorenzo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Abrea. Aristides Luis's late challenge caught a Reducto San Lorenzo F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristides Luis helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Guarambare's Aristides Luis got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ihazintu Fresco made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ihazintu Fresco during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Reducto San Lorenzo F.C. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ihazintu Fresco hit a great ball. Gil Oca stood somewhat misplaced when Blair Armenia came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 58 minute. In the 66th minute, Guarambare's Iztal Garay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gil Oca. Gil Oca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Ihazintu Fresco kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Reducto San Lorenzo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Xayveon Aneutes. Reducto San Lorenzo F.C.'s Gil Oca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Reducto San Lorenzo F.C. from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Reducto San Lorenzo F.C.'s zone, Ranolfo Vados stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gil Oca came out of the goal and Ranolfo Vados tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sandaili Cardillo charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandaili Cardillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Reducto San Lorenzo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Sandaili Cardillo. Ihazintu Fresco struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Jeferson Gonçalves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reducto San Lorenzo F.C.. Guarambare's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
