The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yaniusky Mandojana during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Caballern FC got a freekick which was hit by Yaniusky Mandojana. In the 20th minute Xzavion Redondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Arruta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Caballern FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Yaniusky Mandojana hit a great ball. Formerio Heban, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Zoil Aleson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Arruta having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Caballern FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Olivieri. Zoil Aleson took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomas Arruta. Thomas Arruta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 37 minutes, Honorato Reig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caballern FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Reig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zoil Aleson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Arruta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xzavion Redondo in the 42nd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xzavion Redondo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Xzavion Redondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Arruta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Iraitz Mañes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Reig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Caballern FC booed when Itacora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iraitz Mañes didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Caballern FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Rufo Soler hit a great ball. Zoil Aleson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertol Labrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Reig in the 85th minute of play. Bertol Labrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Reig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zoil Aleson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaskon Traus's late challenge caught a Itacora FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaskon Traus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Gaskon Traus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Itacora FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
