In the 35th minute Cesario Izar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ursino Mauleon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, UATRE ADG's Agostinho Brito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ursino Mauleon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lalagua's Gaspar Meldasgoas got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After 51 minutes, Bero Combarros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lalagua and the UATRE ADG players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Lalagua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bero Combarros to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Cesario Izar made a precise shot to the right of Ursino Mauleon. Lalagua's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.
