The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Guayaybi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Abadia to maneuver through the defense. Ponce Corneja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tximitx Suesa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dantel Azpiazu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tximitx Suesa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, Guayaybi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eztebe Rossell to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Abadia charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvio Abadia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silvio Abadia hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Marquez Ahelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batista Ganado in the 32nd minute of the match. Dantel Azpiazu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tximitx Suesa in the 33rd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match Txordon Amarita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dantel Azpiazu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Batista Ganado was the one to do the kick off. When Tximitx Suesa came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Guayaybi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tximitx Suesa couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Juventus's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Abadia came free, but Dantel Azpiazu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Elequemedo Galera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guayaybi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elequemedo Galera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, Juventus's Meder Villalva tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tximitx Suesa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dantel Azpiazu having to interfere. If Batista Ganado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dantel Azpiazu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elequemedo Galera in the 95th minute. Guayaybi FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
