Spectators: 7875 (Terracing: 5907, Seating: 1811, VIP seats: 157) Cobija's Alfredo Parcerices started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pitin Zarandona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Salamon Erus hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Cobija's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Desiderio Franco 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Pitin Zarandona made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Desiderio Franco sent off a good shot on target. Desiderio Franco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Pitin Zarandona skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 22 minutes, Salamon Erus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cobija and the CHACO-I players grew even worse after the yellow card. 30 minutes into the match, Desiderio Franco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pitin Zarandona, 3-0. After having played for 33 minutes, Desiderio Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CHACO-I's supporters crossed their fingers, but Desiderio Franco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CHACO-I's Furman Retana got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Desiderio Franco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pitin Zarandona firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Constantino Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 39 minutes into the game, Desiderio Franco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pitin Zarandona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Desiderio Franco made a kick off. Pitin Zarandona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Franco in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute, Constantino Alvarez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute Angelo Jetino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Trzemzalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Desiderio Franco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cobija's Pitin Zarandona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfredo Parcerices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobiasz Trzemzalski having to interfere. Pitin Zarandona came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by CHACO-I's Desiderio Franco. But to his dismay, Desiderio Franco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Pitin Zarandona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Franco took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pitin Zarandona. Pitin Zarandona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Cobija's Pitin Zarandona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Franco in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Breogan Baneros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Desiderio Franco in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pitin Zarandona prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Constantino Alvarez might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pitin Zarandona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Constantino Alvarez ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to CHACO-I getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Constantino Alvarez hit a great ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Ferrer Lubiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cobija's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferrer Lubiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Constantino Alvarez kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the CHACO-I players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
