Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Odon Cervilla got the match started through his kick off. If Gentza Frera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferrer Lubiano got free with Dubardo Bocos in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the game, Alfredo Parcerices recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dubardo Bocos. Alfredo Parcerices showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Cobija's goal looked a bit too open when Gentza Frera came free, but Pitin Zarandona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Alfredo Parcerices who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nanawa's Dubardo Bocos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gentza Frera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gentza Frera, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 23 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Pitin Zarandona was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Cerilo Laguno fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cobija's protests and gave Cerilo Laguno a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Cerilo Laguno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gentza Frera in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pitin Zarandona saved Cobija from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Odon Cervilla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pitin Zarandona was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. After having played for 32 minutes, Gentza Frera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nanawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gentza Frera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute Alfredo Parcerices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dubardo Bocos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Odon Cervilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pitin Zarandona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odon Cervilla in the 44th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Parcerices stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Cobija's Pitin Zarandona got control of the ball when Gentza Frera tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Cobija was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gero Marquez to maneuver through the defense. If Angelo Jetino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 79 minutes, Gentza Frera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nanawa's zone, Alfredo Parcerices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dubardo Bocos came out of the goal and Alfredo Parcerices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gentza Frera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cobija getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Salamon Erus hit a great ball. Nanawa's Odon Cervilla got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferrer Lubiano in the 96th minute of play forced Nanawa's goalkeeper Dubardo Bocos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cobija's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
