After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Diaz Carranceja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguayita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diaz Carranceja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustino Huerga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Cororo's zone, Diaz Carranceja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Huerga came out of the goal and Diaz Carranceja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 played minutes Cororo got a freekick which was hit by Barros Basante. In the 37thth minute of the game Diaz Carranceja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cororo's Faustino Huerga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastian Canseco hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Rodrigo Valderas in the 42nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Raymon Flames's left hand side. In the 45th minute Xuaco Servicial shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Huerga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diaz Carranceja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Faustino Huerga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Faustino Huerga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urritz Carranza, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, Cororo's Faustino Huerga got control of the ball when Diaz Carranceja tried to sneak it across the goal line. Polo Cascales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymon Flames having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Cororo's goal looked a bit too open when Xuaco Servicial came free, but Faustino Huerga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diaz Carranceja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Huerga having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Uruguayita FC's Xuaco Servicial slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Faustino Huerga. That made the score 0-1 after 84 minutes of play. Xuaco Servicial struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Faustino Huerga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguayita FC. Bernad Yzarra kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Xuaco Servicial sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
