Spectators: 6790 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristo Betoño started the match with the kick off. Manuel Heres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Gandulla in the 4th minute of play. Jesus Reguero hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the game, JOTA FC's Gotzon Muriel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baumar Faria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Cristo Betoño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, JOTA FC's Xan Emesabel got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Beltran Recemill ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baumar Faria was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After having played for 20 minutes, Madeo Banzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JOTA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madeo Banzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Braulio Parcerices was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ajos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JOTA FC the free kick. A collision led to Ajos getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Braulio Parcerices hit a great ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ajos's goalkeeper Baumar Faria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xalbador Gustros's late challenge caught a JOTA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xalbador Gustros helped the player get up and apologised. 32 minutes into the game, Beltran Recemill cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Baumar Faria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ajos's goalkeeper Baumar Faria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baumar Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beltran Recemill, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. JOTA FC's Manuel Heres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save JOTA FC from getting a goal against them. Baumar Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beltran Recemill in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gotzon Muriel to strike the kick off in the second half. Gotzon Muriel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baumar Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gotzon Muriel in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, JOTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Betoño came free, but Manuel Heres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gotzon Muriel got free with Baumar Faria in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gotzon Muriel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Baumar Faria when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Beltran Recemill succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 78th playminute. If Gotzon Muriel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of JOTA FC booed when Ajos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Betoño didn't get a good kick on the ball. JOTA FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
