A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 12th minute, Xayveon Ganzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nel Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celino Cainzos having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliberto Arizmendez in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celino Cainzos saved Capiitindi AFC from getting behind. Moras AFC's Primo Castiñeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chepe Romano in the 20th minute of play. Primo Castiñeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chepe Romano, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Xurxo Manjon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Capiitindi AFC's Xurxo Manjon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Primo Castiñeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 35th minute Nel Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celino Cainzos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Moras AFC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Silvino Urguia hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xurxo Manjon got free with Primo Castiñeira in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Moras AFC defense, Xurxo Manjon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Primo Castiñeira. The Moras AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Primo Castiñeira should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 52 minutes, Chepe Romano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capiitindi AFC and the Moras AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Capiitindi AFC's Chepe Romano got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Feliberto Arizmendez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute Xurxo Manjon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primo Castiñeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Chepe Romano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Xurxo Manjon came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Capiitindi AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xurxo Manjon couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Capiitindi AFC had won after a very even match.
