In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Natalio's goalkeeper Etxahun Albornoz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Quintan Guijano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indalecio Verano in the 16th minute of play. Clis Archuleta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Etxahun Albornoz. Natalio's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Viator Salado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Natalio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nunez the free kick. After 24 played minutes Natalio got a freekick which was hit by Viator Salado. Gonzales Garantos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Indalecio Verano came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Natalio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Indalecio Verano couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute Lando Dozal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Etxahun Albornoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Etxahun Albornoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lando Dozal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claude Urtueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Etxahun Albornoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 played minutes, Nunez's Placido Fonseca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Etxahun Albornoz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nunez reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Savier Lalo during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Savier Lalo kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.
After 54 played minutes Natalio got a freekick which was hit by Misael Fonseca. 57 minutes into the match, Natalio's goal looked a bit too open when Lando Dozal came free, but Etxahun Albornoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 minutes, Placido Fonseca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nunez and the Natalio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nunez's Placido Fonseca got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Santutxo Calviño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Quintan Guijano made a huge save. Claude Urtueta struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Etxahun Albornoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nunez. Viator Salado kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Natalio's goal looked a bit too open when Lando Dozal came free, but Etxahun Albornoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nunez's Savier Lalo got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Bladi Balado hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Claude Urtueta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Etxahun Albornoz having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Lando Dozal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nunez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 81st minute Claude Urtueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Etxahun Albornoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Natalio's goal looked a bit too open when Lando Dozal came free, but Etxahun Albornoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Misael Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 97 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Natalio! For all the effort they put into the match, the Natalio players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nunez.
