Spectators: 8139 (Terracing: 6105, Seating: 1872, VIP seats: 162) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bertol Lormendez kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chelsea FC's goalkeeper Ivan Asturianos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Martinez Bazquez came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Club Sportivo Luqueño fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martinez Bazquez couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Chelsea FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Santikurtz Asas hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Jeremias Heban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Sportivo Luqueño's Marquinhos Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertol Lormendez in the 16th minute of play. In the 16th minute Bertol Lormendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marquinhos Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club Sportivo Luqueño's Eriz Jalon got a free kick in the 17th minute. Txerran Altemiz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Martinez Bazquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chelsea FC's Ivan Asturianos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Chelsea FC from getting a goal against them. Cristian Lluba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Txerran Altemiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Martinez Bazquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Txerran Altemiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ivan Asturianos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Sportivo Luqueño's Txerran Altemiz got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Club Sportivo Luqueño's Marquinhos Tróia got control of the ball when Rafel Villajane tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivan Asturianos came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Sportivo Luqueño's Cristian Lluba. But to his dismay, Cristian Lluba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Club Sportivo Luqueño's Marquinhos Tróia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Club Sportivo Luqueño from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Txerran Altemiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Sportivo Luqueño's supporters rose to their feet, but Txerran Altemiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Asturianos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Club Sportivo Luqueño's Marquinhos Tróia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Club Sportivo Luqueño from getting a goal against them. Txerran Altemiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafel Villajane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marquinhos Tróia having to interfere. Club Sportivo Luqueño walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
