Spectators: 8029 (Terracing: 6023, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 160) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alberto Granja got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Olimpia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xilo Cazarez to maneuver through the defense. Leheren Acedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Quintan Guijano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Nunez's Savier Lalo got a free kick in the 7th minute. Quinten Vardeci's late challenge caught a Nunez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quinten Vardeci helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Olimpia getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Quinten Vardeci hit a great ball. Xilo Cazarez kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Claude Urtueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demario Navajas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Olimpia's Alberto Granja dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 31st minute Alberto Granja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quintan Guijano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lando Dozal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demario Navajas having to interfere. Demario Navajas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Urtueta in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Xandro Vaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute of the match Gonzales Garantos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Demario Navajas skillfully saved the ball. Olimpia's Demario Navajas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lando Dozal in the 43rd minute of play.

The wind increased when Lando Dozal made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Olimpia's Demario Navajas got control of the ball when Claude Urtueta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claude Urtueta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Demario Navajas made a huge save. After 56 played minutes Olimpia got a freekick which was hit by Quinten Vardeci. Claude Urtueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claude Urtueta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Demario Navajas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Clis Archuleta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Demario Navajas. Olimpia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karlo Gilavert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 minutes, Lando Dozal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nunez and the Olimpia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lando Dozal kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Olimpia booed when Nunez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urtsin Cerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Claude Urtueta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nunez's supporters rose to their feet, but Claude Urtueta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demario Navajas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute, Olimpia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Claude Urtueta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lando Dozal hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Nunez's zone, Xilo Cazarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quintan Guijano came out of the goal and Xilo Cazarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quintan Guijano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Granja in the 90th minute of play. Leheren Acedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quintan Guijano having to interfere. Claude Urtueta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Demario Navajas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Many of Nunez's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Nunez may have spent more time on the ball, but Olimpia were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
