After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Dodorol Sorriva managed to get in a good position for a shot. cerro33's supporters rose to their feet, but Dodorol Sorriva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Larpe Azpiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquim Tramarria kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dodorol Sorriva to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Sport KJU's Lizer Cevallo got a free kick in the 55th minute. Larpe Azpiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vimaro Losa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maule Caldevila in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute, cerro33's Dodorol Sorriva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. If Dodorol Sorriva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sport KJU's Larpe Azpiroz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Sport KJU from getting a goal against them. Mercurio Quijana struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Larpe Azpiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for cerro33. Mercurio Quijana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Larpe Azpiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. The supporters of Sport KJU booed when cerro33 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicholas Orio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dodorol Sorriva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larpe Azpiroz having to interfere. If Mercurio Quijana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erroman Bono kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. cerro33 played a much better game than Sport KJU and deserved their victory. The Sport KJU players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
